These terms apply to using yencup.com and buying from YenCup. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Ordering
This website shows our products; all orders are made on LINE @446ubujl or at the shop. An order is confirmed once we receive full payment. Product colours may look slightly different on your screen.
2. Prices and payment
Prices and shipping costs are given in the chat before you pay, and a price confirmed in the chat will not change. Payment details are only given in our chat. Never pay into an account that was not sent from our official LINE.
3. Delivery
We ship by courier and send the tracking number in the chat. The estimated delivery time is given when you order. Please check your name, address and phone number are correct.
4. Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty or in the wrong design, tell us on LINE within 7 days of receiving it, with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. This does not affect your rights under consumer protection law.
5. Custom orders
Custom items are made to the design you confirm in the chat. You confirm you have the right to use any logo, picture or text you send, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse designs that could infringe rights or are inappropriate. Custom items cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts, except when faulty under section 4.
6. Intellectual property
The YenCup name, logo, photos and content on this website belong to YenCup and may not be used without permission.
7. Official contact channels
YenCup drinks holders, with our shop in Rawai, Phuket, can only be reached through these channels: yencup.com, LINE @446ubujl, phone 061-262-3694, email yadanuch@yencup.com, Facebook Yencupdrinks and TikTok @yencup. We are not connected to other websites or shops using a similar name.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
