This policy explains what personal data YenCup ("we") collects, why, and what your rights are under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Who controls your data
YenCup, 123/8 Wiset Road, Rawai, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83130. Phone 061-262-3694, email yadanuch@yencup.com.
2. What we collect
- When you order or ask questions on LINE: your name, LINE display name, phone number, delivery address, payment slip, chat messages, and any artwork or logo you send for a custom order.
- When you use the website: there are no accounts or forms. Our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.
- Data stored in your browser: your language and cookie choices (see section 7).
3. Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To take your order, make custom items, deliver and answer questions, to perform our sales contract with you (section 24(3)).
- To keep sales and payment records required by accounting and tax law (section 24(6)).
- To keep the website secure and improve our service, based on legitimate interest (section 24(5)).
- To send new-design news and promotions through our official LINE account to people who added us as a friend. You can mute or block the account at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with couriers (name, phone, address), LINE as the chat platform, banks or payment providers, our website host, and government authorities when the law requires it.
LINE and Google may process data on servers outside Thailand, under their own data protection safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
Order data is kept for 2 years from your last order, and accounting records for 5 years as Thai accounting and tax law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it. Chat history is stored by LINE; we can delete our side of the chat when you ask.
Only the shop owner and the people handling orders can see your data, and the website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
6. Your rights
You can ask to access and get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive or transfer it, and withdraw consent. Contact us on LINE or by the email above and we will reply within 30 days. If you believe we have broken the law, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee office.
7. Cookies and browser storage
- Necessary: we remember your language and cookie choice in your browser (localStorage). This is never sent to us.
- Optional (needs consent): the Google Maps map on the Visit page, where Google may set its own cookies. It only loads if you accept all, or click to show it.
- The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address but sets no cookies.
- Visit statistics (no cookies): Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits, pages, countries and device types in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.
- Usage statistics (needs consent): if you accept all, we may use Google Analytics to see which pages and designs get attention, such as how often each design's order button is tapped. Google sets its own cookies. We have turned off advertising features, and you can withdraw consent at any time from cookie settings.
- We use no advertising cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the change on this page.
